Capturing Grace: A Portrait of Barbara Van Cleve

Western still photographer Barbara Van Cleve was born and raised in Montana beneath the Crazy Mountains on the Lazy K Bar Ranch In this documentary, she travels on horseback through the dust and brush from Montana to New Mexico to capture a vanishing way of life.

Barbara Van Cleve is 84, born and bred in Montana, and she still runs cattle with the best. She is also a photographer with a passion for chronicling the ranching life she learned as a child, especially the lives of ranch women. Barry Petersen reports.
